I have led initiatives that include building scalable onboarding and offboarding workflows, deploying secure SSO integrations, maintaining 100+ SaaS apps, and improving service desk performance. My toolkit includes Okta, Azure Entra (AD), Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise, Atlassian, ITSMs, Zoom, and beyond.
